"According to  Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry" :
Researchers of Oregon State's College of Agricultural Studies took a deep look into the Advantages  of Red Wine, and the researchers published their studies and found that a glass of RED WINE  could lead to the loss of weight.

The Researchers spent 2 and half months feeding Rats a high fat food.Half of the Rats were given  red wine extracts of  grapes and the other half Rats were given a general mouse chow.Rats with Red Wine stored less liver fat and also had very low blood sugar levels. So they came to conclusion that RED WINE has power to reduce the  fat cells' growth.

So why worry about the weight.  Stop Worrying and Start Drinking a glass of RED WINE everyday :) All the Best :P
